Hobby greenhouses are small structures, which means they cannot be used to grow vegetables or flowers on a large scale. Nevertheless, one can grow veggies such as tomatoes and some fresh greens for daily home consumption in hobby greenhouses. Of course, such greenhouses do not much resemble the traditional format. In fact, the smaller versions of hobby greenhouses may not be much larger than telephone booths, and may be even smaller – the are definitely not big enough to be entered into and need to be accessed from outside.
